How owner listings work
Private sellers and agents can create a full property listing. We review every submission before publication, choose the strongest hero image, and may improve descriptions for clarity, translation and search visibility.
Success fee only
Listing is free. If a buyer introduced through Living Axarquía completes the purchase, our platform fee is 1.5% of the final sale price, with a minimum fee of €1,000.
Photo quality review
Upload bright, accurate images of the exterior, views, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, access and pool or terraces. We may reject blurry, misleading or duplicate photos.
Free to Request
Submitting your property, photos and description for review is free. You only pay if a sale completes via Living Axarquía.
Manual Vetting
We manually verify details and ownership before any listing goes live.
SEO & Translation
We optimize your listing and translate it into English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
